Registration Fees
All registration fees are generally non-refundable.
Once a participant registers for a contest, the fee cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
A refund will be provided only in the following situations:

If you do not receive a service promised by us, according to our contest rules — such as:
Non-receipt of E-Certificate
Any confirmed service failure from our side
In such cases, you are eligible for a refund after verification.
2️⃣ Physical Product Issues
If you receive any physical product (such as trophy, medal, certificate, etc.) from Artcontest.Online and:
The product is damaged, or
The product received is different from what was promised,
Then you may request a refund.
👉 The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after registration
Incorrect details submitted by the participant
Failure to submit artwork on time
Disqualification due to rule violation
Delay caused due to incorrect email or contact information
