• Proof of payment and details of the issue must be provided.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days.

• Refunds are not applicable for digital downloads once accessed unless there is a technical issue preventing usage.

• If an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued automatically.

• If the product you receive is damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 24 Hours  of receiving the product.

• If you receive an incorrect product, a full refund will be provided.

• If your order arrives damaged, you will be eligible for a refund.

• If your product does not arrive, you will receive a full refund.
