If an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued automatically.
If the product you receive is damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
If you receive an incorrect product, a full refund will be provided.
If your order arrives damaged, you will be eligible for a refund.
