Registration Fees

  • All registration fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Once a participant registers for a contest, the fee cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be provided only in the following situations:

1️⃣ Service Not Provided

If you do not receive a service promised by us, according to our contest rules — such as:

  • Non-receipt of E-Certificate

  • Any confirmed service failure from our side

In such cases, you are eligible for a refund after verification.

2️⃣ Physical Product Issues

If you receive any physical product (such as trophy, medal, certificate, etc.) from Artcontest.Online and:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The product received is different from what was promised,

Then you may request a refund.

👉 The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after registration

  • Incorrect details submitted by the participant

  • Failure to submit artwork on time

  • Disqualification due to rule violation

  • Delay caused due to incorrect email or contact information
